About the role
- Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management, inbox organization, meeting preparation, and travel coordination.
- Manage day-to-day internal operations—track deliverables, optimize workflows, and document SOPs.
- Coordinate internal communications and ensure seamless information flow across teams.
- Support hiring and onboarding processes, maintain internal records, and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, deadlines, and progress for internal projects.
- Organize and lead internal meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and improve digital systems including project management tools and internal databases.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed on behalf of leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in operations, administration, or executive support roles.
- Proven success in supporting C-level or executive leadership in fast-paced, remote environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
- Experience developing and improving workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
- Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining discretion.
