About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client environments (servers, networks, cloud systems) and resolve escalated service desk issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud migrations
  • Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security policies (SonicWall, Meraki, FortiGate)
  • Use RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, NinjaOne, or AutoTask) to monitor and document service delivery
  • Implement automation, scripting, and AI tools (PowerShell, ChatGPT integrations) to streamline support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ten or more years of firsthand experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, firewalls, servers, and workstations
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working at a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
  • One or more relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or similar certs.
