About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client environments (servers, networks, cloud systems) and resolve escalated service desk issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud migrations
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security policies (SonicWall, Meraki, FortiGate)
- Use RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, NinjaOne, or AutoTask) to monitor and document service delivery
- Implement automation, scripting, and AI tools (PowerShell, ChatGPT integrations) to streamline support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ten or more years of firsthand experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, firewalls, servers, and workstations
- Good project management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working at a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- One or more relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or similar certs.
