Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be amendable to work onsite in our office (Quezon Avenue Corner Scout Reyes Diliman QC)
  • Proven experience in **business development, lead generation, or outbound sales**
  • Strong capability in **cold calling and LinkedIn outreach**
  • Experience engaging **decision-makers and business owners**, ideally in the Australian market
  • Ability to **self-manage**, run independent workflows, and take ownership of outcomes
  • Strong **research and analytical skills** to identify high-quality prospects
  • Excellent **English communication skills**, both written and verbal
  • Experience using **CRM systems** and managing sales pipelines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a **remote, performance-driven environment**
