Oversee configuration, security, and operational integrity of platforms; deploy, maintain, and optimise cloud infrastructure and DevOps toolchains.
Monitor platform performance, security, and compliance; respond to alerts and manage potential vulnerabilities.
Manage and optimise corporate services platforms such as identity and access management, email systems, collaboration tools, remote access solutions, and device management.
Act as first point of escalation for platform-related issues across infrastructure, DevOps processes, and security.
Respond to security incidents, mitigate risks, and conduct post-incident analysis.
Mentor Platforms & Security Support role and provide technical guidance to build operational skill set.
Develop and update technical documentation to enable self-service for internal users.
Engage with internal development/feature teams and external vendors to align platform capabilities and ensure smooth operations.
Report to the Director of Platforms & Security and collaborate with Platform & Security Support, development and feature squads, and other internal customer support teams.
Requirements
Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, service integration and automation tools.
Extensive experience in securing cloud environments and applications, corporate services, incident response, and proactive vulnerability management.
Experience working in process driven environments with ability to identify and uplift gaps in ways of working.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot platform issues independently.
Ability to define, document, and implement security and operational processes that enhance platform reliability and security.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and contribute to technical documentation.
Mindset focused on scalability, efficiency, and creating seamless, self-service-ready environments.
