Security Engineer

• Oversee configuration, security, and operational integrity of platforms; deploy, maintain, and optimise cloud infrastructure and DevOps toolchains.
• Monitor platform performance, security, and compliance; respond to alerts and manage potential vulnerabilities.
• Manage and optimise corporate services platforms such as identity and access management, email systems, collaboration tools, remote access solutions, and device management.
• Act as first point of escalation for platform-related issues across infrastructure, DevOps processes, and security.
• Respond to security incidents, mitigate risks, and conduct post-incident analysis.
• Mentor Platforms & Security Support role and provide technical guidance to build operational skill set.
• Develop and update technical documentation to enable self-service for internal users.
• Engage with internal development/feature teams and external vendors to align platform capabilities and ensure smooth operations.
• Report to the Director of Platforms & Security and collaborate with Platform & Security Support, development and feature squads, and other internal customer support teams.
