Architectural Drafter

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents for permitting and construction.
- Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain organized drawing sets and document control in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MPE teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment.
- Review and implement redline drawing revisions accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
- Assist in design development, visualization, and documentation for client presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting or documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (test or sample work may be required).
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes and construction standards.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or projects.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
