Develop and implement operational strategies that support company growth and efficiency.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
Guide team members, delegate tasks appropriately, and maintain accountability across all active projects.
Communicate consistently with leadership on project progress, KPI performance, and challenges with proposed solutions.
Create and track KPIs, reports, and operational goals to measure and drive results.
Support sales planning, lead generation, and relationship-building efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of clear, consistent reporting to leadership.
Experience creating and tracking KPIs, operational reports, and performance goals.
Solid understanding of sales strategy, operational planning, and business development.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and drive accountability.
Experience in the driving school, educational services, or a similar regulated service industry in the United States (Good to have).
Background in customer service operations, scheduling, or compliance-driven environments (Good to have).
Experience with operational scaling and partnership development (Good to have).
