About the role
- Coordinate architectural project workflows across commercial, institutional, and residential project types
- Manage drawings, revisions, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Maintain organized digital project files and track schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between internal teams, external consultants, and clients at all stages of a project
- Support communication, follow-through on milestones, and flag risks or delays to the appropriate parties promptly
- Utilize Revit and BIM workflows to support project documentation and coordination
- Manage tasks and project tracking using platforms such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in architectural project management or coordination
- 3+ years of hands-on experience across commercial, institutional, and residential projects
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
