About the role

  • Outbound Outreach & Lead Generation: Execute high-volume email outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential B2B partners.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to qualify prospects and pitch ecological solutions.
  • Schedule events and manage sales outreach designed to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Pipeline & Data Management: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline—tracking, nurturing, and booking qualified meetings for senior agents using CRM tools.
  • Apply an analytical mindset to monitor outreach performance and optimize messaging for higher conversion rates.
  • Client Maintenance & Operations: Perform basic client maintenance to ensure initial satisfaction and relationship stability.
  • Place orders and coordinate with internal fulfillment and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions for new customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience executing outbound outreach, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Advanced English proficiency—written and spoken—to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients
  • Strong CRM proficiency and ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
  • Passion for ecological, environmental, or water-focused products
  • Experience in event-based sales outreach or scheduling
  • Prior experience in a remote-first international team
