About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main or secondary point of contact
  • Communicate with clients, gather information, provide updates, and address concerns
  • Coordinate with creative, event production, strategy, content production, and digital engagement teams
  • Develop and execute client programs and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Maintain and update program status reports
  • Understand client marketing objectives and develop strategic plans
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices
  • Manage program budget allocations and track campaign performance
  • Confirm billing and estimates with the Finance department
  • Onboard vendors and clients into TEAM’s internal vendor platform and coordinate payment processes
  • Develop proposals and presentations for client pitches
  • Present campaign strategies, event activation plans, and results to clients
  • Support new business and growth opportunities
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and new and existing business opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution; concentration in Marketing preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing and execution
  • Production experience highly preferred, including familiarity with fabrication, AV/technology, graphics, freight and logistics, labor, venues, show services, and event vendors
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
  • Understanding of project management systems such as Monday.com and Wrike
  • Ability to work in a team setting and interact with key agencies/departments
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Ability to gather and analyze information and report key insights with recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, motivational, organizational, and leadership skills
  • High moral character and social responsibility
