About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development, management and execution of Advocacy programming.
- Be familiar with "field marketing" programs; specifically - the logistics around communicating program goals, building, and presenting playbooks.
- Have spent time working in the “experiential marketing” category – understanding what is required in building and managing events that “bring brands to life”.
- Possess the ability of being solution-oriented.
- Utilize a proactive approach to problem solving.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be highly skilled at interfacing directly with clients and must present him/her-self in a professional, competent manner.
- Have a passion for the liquor industry and the category – previous experience developing and executing experiential programming is a plus.
- Exhibit initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment with multiple departments.
- Experience with problem solving and conflict resolution is a must.
- Be solution oriented when confronted with ambiguity.
