About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors including recruitment, on-boarding, training, and performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across departments
- Host weekly status calls and analyze ambassador performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience developing and executing experiential programming is a plus
- Passion for the liquor industry and the category
- Strong interest in mentorship and facilitating growth
- Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
