About the role

  • Support the Director of Operations with the execution of Customer Onboarding processes
  • Support your Onboarding counterparts in preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
  • Prepare audits by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Participate in client calls and actively compile data needed to set up all contract deliverables
  • Manage and order various marketing components using company proprietary applications
  • Track client deliverables across multiple mediums of marketing to ensure timely delivery
  • Create and setup backend components
  • Obtain and maintain knowledge of brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4+ years relatable professional work experience in client/customer account services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a must!
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Passion for analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to write, listen, and articulate in a clear and concise manner
  • Eagerness to take ownership of projects
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
