Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: email, websites, product graphics, video graphics, social media graphics, printed collateral and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, the design team, and content experts to deliver compelling, storytelling emails with user interaction in mind
Translate email designs into working HTML emails that will deploy through Salesforce/Pardot
Troubleshoot HTML emails in Salesforce/Pardot for best overall user experience
Maintain and update corporate website assets in WordPress as needed
Utilize ESP tools to ensure maximum deliverability and optimal renderability
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years professional experience in the graphic design field
Experience managing end-to-end email campaigns, with an emphasis on design and user experience
Experience using Salesforce / Pardot and Stripo
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Excellent design skills
Working knowledge of WordPress
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys collaboration, working as a team and has a sense of humor
Ability to work independently but also follow direction
Flexibility to work extra hours on special projects
