About the role
- Organize large volumes of fundraising and constituent data and lead data cleanup projects
- Regularly audit new and updated constituents, opportunities, transactions and other records to ensure accurate, consistent data entry
- Run weekly data and audit reports and build custom reports, lists and dashboards for Development, Finance and executive staff
- Create ad-hoc custom reports for fundraisers and leadership and assist analyzing impact and financial data
- Work with Finance on the annual audit and reconcile CRM data with Finance data
- Provide exceptional customer service to Development staff and other internal customers
- Assist entering new gifts in the CRM when needed and create business processes as necessary
- Report to Manager, Development Operations (Compliance & Reporting)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of non-profit administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required
- Demonstrated proficiency in various fundraising and tech platforms including Microsoft Office Suite / 365
- Experience executing projects that require high levels of detail
- Proficient at project management and ability to work cross-departmentally with remote employees on time-sensitive, detailed projects
- Ability to learn new systems & platforms with exceptional analytical skills to enhance efficiency and innovation
- Adept at handling confidential donor information
- Ability to assist entering new gifts within the CRM (especially during disaster season and end-of-year fundraising)
- Adhere to legal and regulatory nonprofit standards
- Ability to assist with yearly financial audit by providing reports and reconciling CRM data with Finance
