About the role

  • Own **end-to-end product design** for assigned product areas (discovery → delivery)
  • Collaborate closely with **Product Managers and Engineers** from problem definition to release
  • Translate complex workflows and data-heavy concepts into **clear, intuitive user experiences**
  • Create and iterate on **wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs**
  • Contribute to and evolve the **design system** (components, patterns, UX principles)
  • Run or support **user research**, usability testing, Internal workshops, and feedback analysis
  • Advocate for **user-centric, outcome-focused design decisions**
  • Ensure designs are **feasible, scalable, and aligned with product strategy**
  • Maintain high design quality while operating in a fast-moving product environment

Requirements

  • Experienced as a **Product Designer / UX/UI Designer** for digital products
  • Strong **portfolio** demonstrating end-to-end product design: research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, shipped features
  • Strong experience designing **B2B SaaS** or complex web applications
  • Proven ability to work with **data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or workflows**
  • Excellent understanding of **UX principles**, interaction design, and usability
  • Strong visual/UI skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working closely with engineers (design handoff, constraints, trade-offs)
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma)
  • Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • **Nice to have**
  • Experience in **analytics, performance marketing, ad-tech, or mar-tech**
  • Familiarity with **design systems at scale**
  • Experience working in **cross-functional, product-led teams**
  • Experience in** mobile app **design
  • Understanding of technical constraints (APIs, data models, performance)
