About the role

  • Close New Business: Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and drive deals to closure to exceed quarterly targets
  • Lead Generation: Develop new leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through active prospecting via LinkedIn, personal contacts, and other strategic channels
  • Strategic Selling: Use a value-based approach to educate clients on the ROI and operational benefits of Intellect’s solutions
  • Relationship Management: Build lasting partnerships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels
  • Collaboration: Work closely with BDR, Pre-Sales, and Integration teams to navigate complex deals and ensure customer success
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to position Intellect as the premier choice.

Requirements

  • Proven Closer: Experience negotiating and closing deals within complex sales environments
  • Driven: A competitive, entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Expert Communicator: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present persuasively to groups
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in a remote work environment
  • Location & Travel: Must be located in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones and comfortable with 30% travel for client meetings and events
  • Character: High integrity, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
  • Preferred: Experience selling complex SaaS products to C-suite and senior executives.
