About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate the full proposal lifecycle for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align proposal content with project goals
Conduct compliance reviews and contribute expertise in strategic messaging
Tailor proposal content to client-specific needs and evaluation criteria
Mentor and support proposal team members, providing training and guidance
Lead or support high-profile pursuits, managing quality control and consistency
Maintain and enhance the proposal content library
Drive continuous improvement by refining proposal processes and collaborating with Marketing and Technology
Analyze proposal outcomes and facilitate workshops or training sessions to share knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6 years of experience in proposals, marketing, communications, or project coordination/management
3+ years focused on writing, coordinating, and preparing proposals for complex pursuits
Proven ability to lead and coordinate high-profile proposals in the construction industry
Strong background in business development and marketing within the AEC sector
Skilled in managing multiple proposals simultaneously
Deep understanding of the full proposal lifecycle and compliance standards
Advanced writing and editing skills
Proficient in visual design and publishing using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Experienced in using and improving digital tools for collaboration and content management
