About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee cloud infrastructure operations, including service reliability, security, incident and change management, and resource planning
Lead the successful delivery of customer projects such as cloud deployments, migrations, enhancements, and ongoing solution support
Drive continuous improvement through process reviews, reporting, documentation, and operational enhancements
Collaborate with the Manager, Technical Operations to plan and implement changes that improve service quality and efficiency
Provide leadership through coaching, performance management, and team development, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
Partner with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure services are delivered in alignment with service levels, security standards, and business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role focused on Cloud Enterprise Management
5+ years Technical Operations Management
5+ years leading technical project implementations
5+ years Red Hat Linux and MS Windows Management
5+ years building and leading high-performance teams
College or Technical Diploma in Computer Science or related studies
Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Azure/Entra, MS365 services, Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and core network foundations
Solid understanding of CIS Foundations and best practices in security, identity, and systems administration
