Requirements
- Solid experience in IR/ER, with a focus on workplace investigations
- Confidence managing complex, sensitive cases end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial instruments and compliance frameworks
- Ability to partner with leaders and influence outcomes
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.
