About the role
- Responsible for invoicing work carried out for the workshop's customers.
- Handle a portion of incoming phone calls to organize schedules and appointments in coordination with the workshop manager.
- Prepare invoices, present and explain bills to customers, and process customer payments.
- Participate in all administrative and office tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department.
Requirements
- Technical background (ideally in automotive mechanics)
- Significant experience in the automotive sector
