About the role
- Responsible for invoicing repair and service work carried out for the mechanical workshop's customers.
- Handle part of incoming telephone calls to coordinate scheduling and appointments with the workshop manager.
- Prepare invoices, present and explain invoices to customers, and process customer payments.
- Participate in all administrative and clerical tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department.
Requirements
- Technical background (ideally in automotive mechanics)
- Experience in the automotive sector is required
- Proficient in common office tools/software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented
