About the role
- Responsible for invoicing work carried out for clients of the mechanical workshop
- Handling part of incoming phone calls to organize scheduling and appointments with the workshop manager
- Preparing invoices, delivering and explaining them to customers, and processing customer payments
- Assisting with all administrative and office tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department
Requirements
- Technical background (ideally in automotive mechanics)
- Significant prior experience required
- Experience in the automotive sector is essential
- Proficient in using standard office software and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation are essential
