About the role
- Responsible for invoicing work performed for customers of the mechanical workshop.
- Handling part of incoming phone calls to coordinate schedules and appointments with the workshop manager.
- Preparing invoices, delivering and explaining bills to customers, and processing customer payments.
- Participating in all administrative and clerical tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
Requirements
- Technical education/background (ideally in automotive mechanics)
- Must have significant prior experience
- Experience in the automotive industry is essential
- Proficient with standard office tools/software.
