About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 months-1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related trust and safety fields
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review content that may include hate speech, fraud or misinformation/disinformation
  • Basic understanding of content moderation tools, workflows, and community guidelines
  • Awareness of cultural differences and their impact on online communities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document moderation decisions clearly
