Sales Coordinator
Team CentroSales Coordinator supporting merchant acquisition and onboarding processes in a growing fintech company. Collaborating with sales leadership in managing deal lifecycle and maintaining CRM data.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales team in managing the full deal lifecycle from signed agreement to merchant activation
- Coordinate merchant onboarding processes
- Facilitate exchange and processing of commercial agreements with merchants and partners
- Maintain and update CRM pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales organization
- Support Sales Managers and Business Development leadership with deal execution tasks
- Prepare and organize sales documentation and reporting materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience working in fintech industry
- Experience working with various SaaS and CRM software (Pipedrive)
- Good understanding of the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
- Experience in sales is a big plus
- Excellent English: spoken and written both (other languages are a bonus)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Open-minded, quick learner, easy to adapt to the ever-changing payment ecosystem
