About the role
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and/or instructor-led courses and related training products
- Collaborate with the client to conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Apply the ADDIE methodology in course development
- Conduct ongoing curriculum maintenance, revision, and course evaluation
- Ensure eLearning and Instructor-led instructional materials meet compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of instructional design experience, with both E-learning/traditional design and development.
- Must have college credits in learning theory, psychology of learning, educational psychology, instructional design practices, educational evaluation, instructional product development and technology education in training (minimum of 24 credit hours)
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Experience working with federal government clients.
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a government background check.
