Administrative Task Support/Analyst supporting a government law enforcement agency.
Perform administrative and clerical work in support of training programs.
Update and maintain course content for instructor-led and web-based courses.
Provide counsel or suggestions to increase performance efficiency and streamline training processes.
Provide support to law enforcement related training development.
Position requires background investigation and/or obtaining a security clearance.
Full time and remote.
Requirements
Willingness to undergo a background investigation/obtain a security clearance.
Academic high school diploma or G.E.D. with at least five (5) years of relevant office or clerical experience, preferably including training development management and financial management; OR An associate degree with a minimum of three (3) years of similar experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered if they demonstrate the ability to effectively support training and financial administration functions.
Familiarity with the ERO Training Academy or comparable law enforcement training program is strongly preferred.
Experience reading and understanding federal contracts and allocated funding and period of performance of contract line-item numbers (CLINs) and task orders (TOs).
Working knowledge of personal computers and related Microsoft Office products to include an intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel.
Ability to learn and understand the Federal Travel regulations (FTRs) and apply that knowledge to acceptable invoice costs.
