About the role

  • Administrative Task Support/Analyst supporting a government law enforcement agency.
  • Perform administrative and clerical work in support of training programs.
  • Update and maintain course content for instructor-led and web-based courses.
  • Provide counsel or suggestions to increase performance efficiency and streamline training processes.
  • Provide support to law enforcement related training development.
  • Position requires background investigation and/or obtaining a security clearance.
  • Full time and remote.

Requirements

  • Willingness to undergo a background investigation/obtain a security clearance.
  • Academic high school diploma or G.E.D. with at least five (5) years of relevant office or clerical experience, preferably including training development management and financial management; OR An associate degree with a minimum of three (3) years of similar experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered if they demonstrate the ability to effectively support training and financial administration functions.
  • Familiarity with the ERO Training Academy or comparable law enforcement training program is strongly preferred.
  • Experience reading and understanding federal contracts and allocated funding and period of performance of contract line-item numbers (CLINs) and task orders (TOs).
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and related Microsoft Office products to include an intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and understand the Federal Travel regulations (FTRs) and apply that knowledge to acceptable invoice costs.
  • Experience working on FLETA courses.
