Follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process.
Follow the ADDIE model to design a course or curriculum, analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, select delivery systems and develop effective learning strategies.
Conduct level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations.
Help ensure alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items.
Participate in the curriculum/test validation process.
Act as the Program Manager for the contract, guiding staff, tracking timelines and deliverables, and communicating regularly and effectively with the government client.
Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication among all staff supporting this work.
Requirements
Willingness to undergo a background investigation and/or obtain a security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the areas of Education, Training or Instructional Design.
Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Instructional Systems Designer in the area of training development for a government agency.
Preferred: Five years of experience in support of the ERO Training academy.
