About the role
- Schedule & coordinate commercial roofing projects in PA and IA
- Order materials, equipment, dumpsters, and permits
- Track & manage inventory of tools and supplies
- Communicate with sales, foremen, vendors, and customers to keep operations running smoothly
- Join take-off meetings to review project details
- Keep project records up to date and report budget changes to customers
- Handle repair requests: log details, enter data, and send reports for invoicing
- Manage logistics and coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines and resource availability
Requirements
- 2+ years in project coordination, construction, or commercial roofing
- Inventory management experience preferred
- Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and whiteboards; CRM experience is a plus
- Team Player: Works collaboratively, communicates effectively, and stays open to feedback
- Problem-solver: Tackles challenges with initiative and resourcefulness
- Organized: Manages schedules, materials, and details with precision
- Dependable: Reliable, professional, and driven to see projects through
- Active: Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel for projects across PA and eastern Ohio
- Ability to communicate with sales, foremen, vendors, and customers
