Key responsibilities & impact

synthesize and maintain a single Hub roadmap across all squads
drive the Hub’s operating rhythm, cadence design, and async-first writing culture
prepare leadership and Board communications
coordinate cross-squad product and operational decisions
partner with the Hub lead on strategic questions
support downstream hiring

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in roles requiring senior judgment under ambiguity
experience operating across multiple teams or workstreams
strong written-first operator
excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing
daily user of AI-augmented workflows
comfortable acting as a senior IC peer and thought partner to other leads
fluent in English, both written and spoken.
