About the role
- Deliver high quality customer support in a dynamic and busy environment
- Troubleshoot a wide range of hosting-related technical issues
- Assist with billing and account management for clients
- Act as first point of contact for clients regarding Hosting Ireland products and services
- Work closely with the technical support team
- Escalate customer issues to second- and third-line support
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Handle front-line technical queries via email and phone
- Answer support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong IT skills including with Internet technologies
- General understanding of HTTP, DNS, FTP and SMTP
- Knowledge of well-known client software that interacts with these technologies
- Strong previous Customer Service experience
- Problem solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active in learning new technologies
- Excellent time management
