About the role
- Troubleshoot issues with regional customers
- Enhance production infrastructure performance and scalability
- Implement real-time monitoring, alerting, trending, and dashboarding
- Analyze tech debt issues and help leadership prioritize resources
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident resolution
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
- Strong focus on AWS cloud technologies
- Proficiency with sophisticated AWS services and systems at scale
- Experience with scripting, CI/CD and infrastructure as code tools (Python, Jenkins, Git, Terraform)
- Familiarity with observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (DataDog, SumoLogic, etc.)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly
- Experience collaborating with international teams
