About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features using TypeScript and Playwright, building on existing QA frameworks.
- Document test cases and results clearly in the QA tracking system to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating issues and findings clearly and proactively.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of QA strategies to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
- Lead and advocate for QA processes across development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Deploy and manage builds in QA environments, leveraging appropriate tools to support testing workflows.
- Analyze and evaluate automated testing framework results, identify issues, and drive actionable insights.
- Adapt smoothly to shifting priorities, maintaining focus and productivity under changing project requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of QA experience, with a strong track record in ensuring software quality and reliability.
- Proven experience delivering high-availability enterprise software products in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Playwright, TypeScript, and REST API testing, with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Experience with AWS and GraphQL is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with modern cloud and API technologies.
- Comfortable with continuous integration tools, distributed version control systems (e.g., GitHub), and virtualization technologies, supporting streamlined development workflows.
- Quick learner with a passion for adapting to new technologies and tools, eager to grow and expand technical expertise.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset, thriving in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus, enhancing efficiency and coverage.
