About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Define and execute the sales strategy for EMEA South, aligning with global sales objectives and regional priorities
- Drive new business growth through strategic account planning, relationship building, and pipeline management
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and monitor regional sales performance, reporting results to the VP & GM of EMEA
- Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and customer success to optimize lead generation, sales enablement, and customer retention strategies
- Serve as a key representative of Tealium in the region, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the Middle East
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in Southern Europe, the Middle East, or a comparable international market
- Track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams in a B2B enterprise software environment
- Strong understanding of account management, enterprise sales cycles, complex solution selling, and accurate sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a cross-cultural, multi-lingual environment; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus (e.g., Spanish, Italian, Portuguese)
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics, accountability, and operational excellence
