About the role

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts
  • Building relationships and driving incremental value, retaining and expanding customer use
  • Partnering with Tealium’s implementation team for successful deployment and engagement
  • Collaborating with Sales team to expand customer relationships and ensure renewal
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer health, planning for churn risk recovery
  • Implementing customer engagement strategies with Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management
  • Hands-on expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Tag Management solutions strongly preferred
  • Strong technical acumen with working knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript and APIs
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior customer decision-makers and key influencers
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Skilled at leading technical conversations and influencing stakeholders
  • Quick learner, capable of mastering complex technical concepts
