About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in-depth product training (onsite & virtual) for teachers and administrators
  • Support long-term projects within the product enablement team through participating in team content reviews, content creation, and product use cases
  • Creation of program support documents, walkthroughs, training content, and other media to ensure teacher fidelity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of classroom teaching experience in public education settings
  • 2+ year of experience providing training, support, and coaching in school settings
  • Demonstrate strong independence skills in trained tasks
  • Work efficiently in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office/Zoom
  • Outstanding customer facing presentation skills
  • Ability to anticipate problems and provide immediate solutions
  • Willingness to travel to support districts onsite and in classrooms
