About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in-depth product training (onsite & virtual) for teachers and administrators
Support long-term projects within the product enablement team through participating in team content reviews, content creation, and product use cases
Creation of program support documents, walkthroughs, training content, and other media to ensure teacher fidelity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
2+ years of classroom teaching experience in public education settings
2+ year of experience providing training, support, and coaching in school settings
Demonstrate strong independence skills in trained tasks
Work efficiently in a remote work environment
Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office/Zoom
Outstanding customer facing presentation skills
Ability to anticipate problems and provide immediate solutions
Willingness to travel to support districts onsite and in classrooms
