About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in-depth product training (onsite & virtual) for teachers and administrators so they can use our products and services in the classroom with fidelity and drive results for the students they serve
- Support long-term projects within the product enablement team through participating in team content reviews, content creation, and product use cases.
- Creation of program support documents, walkthroughs, training content, and other media to ensure teacher fidelity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of classroom teaching experience in public education settings
- 2+ year of experience providing training, support, and coaching in school settings
- Demonstrate strong independence skills in trained tasks
- Work efficiently in a remote work environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office/Zoom
- Outstanding customer facing presentation skills
- Ability to anticipate problems and provide immediate solutions
- Willingness to travel to support districts onsite and in classrooms
