About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and launch automated workflows in HubSpot
- Lead quality assurance for campaign assets
- Build and maintain audience segmentation and suppression lists
- Monitor and maintain marketing database health
- Manage data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools
- Act as technical bridge between teams
- Partner with Customer Marketing for onboarding and renewal tracks
- Develop SOPs and templates
- Provide reports on campaign metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in marketing or digital operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong documentation skills for technical processes
- Foundational understanding of marketing privacy laws
