About the role

  • Operationalize a rotating insights model across Product Management.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Support teams to ensure effective instrumentation and dashboards.
  • Produce quarterly portfolio‑level insight summaries focused on ease of use, engagement, and ARR drivers.
  • Support leadership with synthesized data to inform prioritization and investment decisions
  • Design, facilitate, and continuously improve quarterly planning and roadmap review processes.
  • Own the product operating rhythm, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forums.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for product processes and operating cadences.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly product operations updates.
  • Support preparation of SLT and executive‑level product materials.
  • Ensure clear communication of product priorities across Marketing, Education, Customer Success, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or Business Analytics.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting a multi‑product or platform‑based organization (preferred).
  • Familiarity with product analytics and delivery tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Pendo) (preferred).
  • Experience in education technology, SaaS, or mission‑driven organizations (preferred).
  • Prior experience helping scale a product organization through growth or transformation (preferred).
