CRM & Funnel Manager
Teaching FinanceCRM & Funnel Manager managing CRM processes and automations for Teaching Socials, a leading consultancy for personal brands in finance and real estate. Enhancing sales efficiency and data transparency.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- CRM Management: Structure and maintain Close, HubSpot & Pipedrive — pipelines, stages, properties, lead routing, SLA rules, and data hygiene.
- Automation & AI: Build flows with Make/Zapier, webhooks, scoring, automated tasks, and email/WhatsApp sequences.
- Integrations: Typeform, ManyChat, Calendly, payment systems, ads platforms, Airtable/Notion — bidirectional syncs and de-duplicated records.
- Analytics & Dashboards: Map conversion chains and build dashboards in Excel/Sheets/Airtable, including alerts.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with Sales and Account Management to identify bottlenecks, create SOPs & playbooks, and run A/B tests.
- Training & Support: Enable Sales/AM with short guides, Loom videos, and playbooks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong marketing-technology affinity and deep CRM expertise (Close preferred; HubSpot also welcome).
- Expert in Make or Zapier (APIs, webhooks, error handling, versioning).
- 3–5+ years in RevOps/CRM/automation (ideally in coaching, finance, or real estate).
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, QUERY, regex, modeling) and dashboarding experience.
- Experience using AI to accelerate workflows (e.g., auto-tags, automated notes, scoring).
- Data-first mindset: deduplication, mappings, schemas, naming conventions.
- Structured documentation (SOPs, runbooks) and clear communication; German proficiency DE C1+.
