About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will own the full recruiting function at Teaching Socials: from outbound sourcing to the signed employment contract
  • Active sourcing & talent scouting: LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, communities, events
  • Pipeline & first contact: initial phone outreach, qualification calls, fit checks using scorecards
  • Job profiles & JD writing: refine requirement profiles with hiring managers, draft and optimize job postings
  • Funnel management: screening, shortlisting, coordinating & conducting interviews, case tasks, reference checks
  • Stakeholder management: close alignment with hiring managers; clear next steps
  • Distribution: postings on job boards & target-relevant channels; build and maintain talent pools
  • Reporting: weekly reports (sourcing activity, interviews, offers, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
  • Process & tools: maintain ATS/CRM (Recruitee), and continuously improve templates & SOPs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4+ years full-cycle recruiting (agency/consultancy/high-growth preferred)
  • Proven experience in outbound sourcing and filling hard-to-fill roles
  • Confident in interview methodologies & selection processes (e.g., structured interviews, scorecards)
  • Familiar with ATS and talent databases; excellent research skills
  • German C1+ with clear written and verbal communication; English is an advantage
  • Data-driven mindset: you operate and steer by KPIs
