About the role
- leading and overseeing the Member Services Outreach Department
- planning, developing, executing and evaluating a comprehensive member education and engagement program
- collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop stakeholder relationships
- managing assessment and evaluation tools to collect and analyze data
- providing feedback to the Chief Benefits Officer and others as required
Requirements
- 3-5 years in outreach, benefits education, communications, public relations or stakeholder engagement with some leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, finance education or a related field
- valid driver’s license
