About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate approved email designs into responsive emails using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights
  • Compile segmented marketing lists and perform quality assurance checks
  • Configure deployment journeys and support email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Analyze completed email campaign data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Support email marketing platform users through capacity building, troubleshooting, and request queue management
  • Provide execution support across SMS, web, personalization tools, and other digital marketing software
  • Debug emails using HTML/CSS and make revisions during quality control
  • Use Boolean logic to identify ideal contacts for campaigns
  • Support email marketers through troubleshooting, Slack, and live office hours
  • Generate analytics, create summary reports, and present findings to the marketing team
  • Learn and contribute to projects across additional marketing software and email initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in marketing, technology, or a related field
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, or Iterable
  • Basic CSS, HTML, and programming logic knowledge
  • Data orientation and experience collecting and presenting analytics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Learning orientation and willingness to seek and grow from feedback
  • Experience training others and providing end-user support
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM preferred
  • Experience editing content in a CMS such as Drupal preferred
  • Experience working in nonprofits or education preferred
