About the role
- Serve as operations and logistics support for a portfolio of regions
- Manage CM retention procedures, ensuring all exits and leaves are documented and processed on time
- Support preparation of operations and logistics for the summer teaching practicum
- Plan, communicate, track, and manage AmeriCorps action items for members
- Build knowledge and investment in AmeriCorps with other TFA staff
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience
- Willing to work some nights and occasional weekends
- Ability to travel 2-8 times per year, depending on AmeriCorps commission requirements
- Deep investment in Teach For America’s core values and mission
- Love of thinking across the enterprise and considering multiple levers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-centered service ethic
