About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a high-impact portfolio of institutional funders
- Serve as the primary relationship and grant manager for multiple partners
- Own proposals, reports, compliance, and day-to-day engagement

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years of fundraising experience, ideally managing institutional partnerships with a track record of growing a portfolio
- Excellent written communication for a donor audience, particularly in drafting original grant proposals and reports
- Capacity to build rapport and trust with internal colleagues across departments and with funders, including in a virtual setting
- Strong project management skills and comfort navigating complex systems to effectively manage grants
- Agility and adaptability; the capacity to re-arrange priorities and respond to high-stakes donor requests
