Drive execution of the data platform roadmap in partnership with Engineering leadership.
Own day-to-day program operations for the data platform pod.
Manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives balancing scope, timelines, and resources.
Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with data engineering teams to document current-state architecture and dependencies.
Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and ensure understanding of outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of initiatives with broader architecture.
Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and delivery status.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience with 2-4 years in technical program management, product management, or data platform roles.
Experience leading complex technical programs or digital products using agile and scrum methodologies.
Strong proficiency with program and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmap planning tools.
Proven ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
Solid understanding of data platform concepts (data modeling, integrations, data warehouses, and analytics ecosystems).
Familiarity with modern data technologies (SQL, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms like Power BI, cloud environments like Azure).
Experience partnering with engineers, technical leads, and product managers.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
PMP, CSM, CSPO, or similar certification preferred.
