About the role
- Steward the corps member learning arc around pedagogy and content learning
- Oversee programmatic approach and learning structures
- Support development of corps member learning with Pre-Service Deans
- Ensure all logistics for Content Facilitators are in place
- Engage in regular training experiences with Pre-Service Deans
- Observe and provide feedback to Content Facilitators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of educational experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with novice or experienced teachers in professional development settings, including facilitating sessions, giving teachers feedback, and providing instructional coaching
- At least 2-4 years of professional coaching or management experience, working with instructional coaches or other instructional leaders
- Demonstrated ability to support the development of others through feedback, modeling, rehearsing, debriefing conversations, and leading development opportunities
- Deep commitment to adult learning theory and principles of adult facilitation, including adeptness with Zoom and other virtual platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
