About the role

  • Steward the corps member learning arc around pedagogy and content learning
  • Oversee programmatic approach and learning structures
  • Support development of corps member learning with Pre-Service Deans
  • Ensure all logistics for Content Facilitators are in place
  • Engage in regular training experiences with Pre-Service Deans
  • Observe and provide feedback to Content Facilitators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years of educational experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with novice or experienced teachers in professional development settings, including facilitating sessions, giving teachers feedback, and providing instructional coaching
  • At least 2-4 years of professional coaching or management experience, working with instructional coaches or other instructional leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to support the development of others through feedback, modeling, rehearsing, debriefing conversations, and leading development opportunities
  • Deep commitment to adult learning theory and principles of adult facilitation, including adeptness with Zoom and other virtual platforms
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
