About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day regional operations for the Americas team and partner network
- Serve as the operational liaison between global teams and the Americas region
- Coordinate organization-wide processes, strategic priority tracking, documentation, and knowledge management
- Lead partner data collection through the Global Data System, Network Survey, and Network Standards survey
- Update and maintain Salesforce databases for Americas partners
- Analyze regional data and trends to inform strategy and partner support
- Develop and coordinate regional internal and external communications, newsletters, emails, presentations, and other materials
- Coordinate logistics, payments, and operational processes for regional and global events, retreats, visits, and partner gatherings
- Coordinate partner calls and learning spaces, including invitations, agendas, presentations, translations, and resources
- Support onboarding of new partner staff into platforms, tools, communities, and network opportunities
- Develop and elevate regional success stories and partner-impact examples
- Manage operational execution of the Americas budget and SAP/Concur processes
- Support regional team meetings, retreats, and culture-building activities
- Take on additional responsibilities aligned with the Americas Regional Team's goals and priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5–7+ years of experience as a strategy and operations leader
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required
- Proven ability to efficiently operate and manage projects with a focus on strong outcomes
- Experience managing operational systems such as Salesforce, SAP/Concur, and complex project tracking
- Exceptional prioritization, organization, communication, and project management skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leadership and external partner CEOs
- High attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and foster relationships through proactive communication
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple diverse, agile teams
- Ability to diagnose project-team needs and address project support requirements
- Ability to contribute to inclusive and equitable work environments
- Ability to balance perspectives and exercise judgment in complex situations
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments
- Strong commitment to Teach For All’s mission
- Experience with Salesforce or other client relationship management systems a plus
- Experience working and/or living in international contexts desirable
- Experience supporting fundraising or subgrants management processes desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents desirable
- Must already possess valid work and residency authorization in the country of hire; no visa sponsorship, immigration assistance, work permit, or residency application support
