💰 $110,500 - $165,800 per year
About the role
- Responsible for all aspects of account growth including relationship building to drive new design wins and market share gains
- Drive account strategy and provide customer solutions
- Coordinate programs encompassing synchronized US and Asia activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and account teams
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Work with technical teams to understand the customer’s product application and solution portfolio and identify current and future customer needs
- Provide market insights on industry trends, product roadmap, and competitive landscape
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through close communication and prompt issue resolution
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports; assist with Salesforce pipeline entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, product and ODM teams in Taiwan
Requirements
- Familiarity and experience selling or designing with Hyperscale and ODM customers preferred
- Knowledge of Cloud architecture (server, switch, storage, AI, related ICs, and protocols)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- Background in interconnects, copper cables
- 7+ years of key account management experience preferred
- Strong Customer focus throughout all levels of management
- Ability to engage with Customer Development Engineers and Purchasing
- Strong presentation skills; PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Persuasive personality
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed (<10%)
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours for Asia calls (US evening time zone)
- Experience with Salesforce pipeline entries and forecasting
