About the role
- Provides support to various corporate and business line applications
- Leads staff, assigns, prioritizes, and monitors work
- Maintains confidentiality of work being performed
- Develops and maintains relationships with business partners
- Participates as subject matter experts on strategic initiatives
- Develops and sets up customized reports
- Analyzes company data for initiatives that impact financial results
- Resolves issues by conferring with staff and management
- Coaches other team members and contributes to ongoing improvement
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or progressive work experience
- 7+ years related experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrates leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills
- In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices
- 3-5 years of Agile experience including the use of JIRA and Confluence tools
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent Scrum Master Certification
